That should be "Curly Brace" with the correct forms I'm guessing.

I would think that it is Ikachan, but Sue thought it was a language instead of a picture.

Sue said "words" and not "pic" (or even "word" in case you mean she had mistaken it for a character from a foreign language).

There was only one implication for it being Ika-chan and that was in the old OrgView, I think. Not enough evidence to overthrow what is confirmed by Pixel himself.

What's on his hat is pretty fluid. It's changed over the evolution of the game, but it IS stated to be something written. I subscribe to idea that it says "Curly Brace" (a well supported theory) and that it likely belonged to her and was given to Quote some time during their mission together.
