Last I checked he said flower/rose :p the flower is considered a whole when it comes to the stem. There is no such thing as a rose/flower part. That means stem and roots are included (delicious, also comes with metal flavoring to water it down)

This may be true in some contexts, but generally when you talk about "eating a rose" you mean the petals.

Preferably a wild rose. I'd imagine roses from a florist would be kind of tasteless, though I've never tried one...

Yes, I have.
The point is the initial evidence would never lead them to me, as I have no criminal record and have never had the misfortune of giving a DNA sample.

Asides, any hairs or fingernails would appear to be from a canid or lupine, not a human.
