In fact, it is Haitham but I removed the "a" letter for a reason.

In daily conversation, yeah "de", but in formality, actually I think it's "dhe" or something like that. Why not post in arabic?

As far as I know this sound doesn't exist in English or any other language. And the is not supposed to pronounced that way I guess.
