Those both sound pretty mediocre Meta. It's not the song's fault, it's just that lilium is a hard song to be done by vocaloids, and in this song the artificialness just shines through loud and clear. The first one does a better job than the second though.

No offense, but if the artifcialness is turning you off you're listening to the songs for the wrong reasons.

Haku is supposed to sound "bad", but I do like the first one more than the second one.

 

Artificiality? I personally think that Luka's rendition of Lilium is pretty convincing. And yes, I did watch Elfen Lied. It's not a matter of 'does it sounds like a human voice?' (vocaloids often cannot approach this). Think about it - if a vocaloid were to sing Lilium, would there be better renditions than Luka's? It would be hard to surpass that one in particular.

Haku's Lilium is clearly crap, whether compared to Vocaloid or human voices.

For Meiko's thingamabob just posted, the PV is perhaps the most interesting part. The music is good, but not the best.
