I think that's going to be everyone on the internet's answer.

Anyway, I've never exactly been creeped out by a specific character. But back when I played Call of Cthulhu on the PC, there was a glitch where I'd try to talk to people and it just wouldn't work, so it'd just be the creepy, glossy-eyed NPCs staring me down. For some reason that was enough to freak me out.

Happy Mask Salesman isn't that bad when he's happy. Angry mask salesman who didn't get his money is fucking horrifying.

He may have originated in Ocarina of Time, but hot damn if he isn't creepy as hell in Majora's Mask.

I don't recall him being as creepy in Ocarina, anyway. All he ever did was sell masks.

I honestly don't think anything really scared me in games... (Granted, I don't play much thriller/scary games) I do think that Gigyas is pretty frightening however.

I disagree. The whole "Ben Drowned" thing has been done to death so unbelievably much that it ceased to be scary and has PRACTICALLY become a meme at this point (which is awful).

Now he just looks like a statue of link with a funny looking face.

I gotta give the creator of the original videos about him credit, though. He made some pretty impressive hacks to the game to create that creepy vibe in the videos. If you haven't watched them, I do recommend them.
