There are only 3 endings to the game. no more, no less. any variation is a simple item jump with Mr. little, or anything similar. And don't tell me I'm wrong, I've hacked the game more than most other people. Even so, if there were more endings, someone would have found them long ago. Read a flipping walk through, and it'll tell you every minor detail. Hell, read the damn wiki page for Cave story. IT EXPLAINS GODDAMN EVERYTHING THAT IDIOTS HAVE POINTLESSLY MADE INTO TOPICS, BECAUSE GOD KNOWS NOTHING WORKS BUT THE 'POST' BUTTON.

What about the minor variation on the okay-ish ending where you still have the Little in your inventory?

The best ending does that too.

 

There's another way.

Reset the data. It causes a paradox thus sending you back in time to the beginning of the game. Thus not really being an ending, but still one due to that you don't die in it.
