I couldn't get past the title screen, like everyone else.
I downloaded the mirror version (so you wouldn't say anything about me needing to use the mirror version). This download isn't any better that the normal download.
Everything that was supposed to be in the data folder was there.
The error notepad pointed out problems in pretty much every bitmap in your mod.
The loading message only shows partially.
Any maps cannot be loaded. It's like you deleted them all without saving.
And I noticed you deleted a map. Any reason to delete the maps?

NO! BAD Fadoink! That needs to be a 16-bit Image, not a 24-bit image!

uh, it doesn't *have* to be 16, and it probably shouldn't be. lacks colours of 24, not cross-compatible like 8.
Most of the ones in CS are 8.

Yah... I don't know exactly how doukutsu handles bitmaps... my bad...
I however found the problem of why no one is able to play it! (At least I think its a solution)
This is start of the files in \Data\Stage\ in alphabetical order... the files start with Jail1.pxe
So... all the files that go before it (Like dream.tsc and most of your other files needed) weren't uploaded...
Your missing A-F in the stage files...

Well I can't... the problem is that Files are missing... So when people download it they don't have all the maps... (I don't have those files)
Try reuploading the Mod and give us the new link to see if that works...
And I'm assuming you yourself have been testing it, so you if you can play it then we can (if we have all the files that you have)
So try playing your mod... and if you can get it to not crash after the main menu, then upload the whole folder the working EXE is in... I can't fix anything if I don't have the changes you made.
