The Origin of you

If you have another forum that you go on please share how you got there and why you like it.

... I like, lurked for a couple days and then I made a crap mod that progressively got slightly better.


And I stayed... the end.

 

One day...

The Over.

 

My first forums was a Legend Of Zelda fansite, which is now gone. Back in 2005, I looked around for people to discuss the series with. They were a great bunch of people. The site went down in 2011 and all the members scattered. The next forums I moved onto was
an Earthbound fansite in 2012. It was great for the first while...But then came the power-tripping mentally 15 year-old moderators.
After confronting the admins about it, some major drama started and nothing was done. While all that went on, I stumbled on this little site. Talking to people here via IRC and PMs, I made my decision as the drama boiled over on the other site. I left the earthbound fansite and now reside here...

I was a lurker for a while, but my first account was on Bitf (read it, it's an awesome series!) which is still updated regularly and cucumber quest in 2010, maybe I might look at homestuck or penny arcade in a while but those two were main ones, there are lots of nice people out there...

well the only other current forum i go to is a forum meant for VVVVVV but has boards for other things and that community had the person who was obsessed with cave story so it was good to go there and i got here because my friend told me to come here because i was having trouble with a boss in my hack and now i am here

At first, my friend showed me Cave Story and I played it all the way through. Then a while later I was shown Orgmaker by that same friend and tried it out since I was fond of creating music. A song I made felt pretty high quality to me so I decided to post it here and it got some praise from Cultr1, who asked for my permission to use it in a mod which was never published. Deciding I wanted to create a mod as well, and without having played any, I starting working on The Show and published it and finished it if you could call it that.

I went through many adventures along the way, but that's for another day...................

Also I don't post much anymore.

 

First I have found Cave Story on Acidplay, played it, then checked if it has a forum.

 

I went to download Cavestory on the "official" website. THE END

 

Well, one day I had run out of sandwiches at my house. Getting bored, I decided to go and write an article called "Sandwich Story" to tell of this travesty. While looking up Sandwich Story to see if such an article had already been made under that title to find like-minded people and so I didn't plagiarize... and found out it was a restaurant in Pasadena, California. So that title was out. Then my friend told me about Cave Story. Boredom gone, and now I'm here.

 

I lurked around here as Google, and I then thought of having my own account here. Heh heh. I DO have a mod coming up, it's basically just Cave Story itself, but with some sprite, background, music, and dialouge differences, sorta changing up the plot to the game. I'm afraid it's gonna suck, however.

 

I came from the future and the past at the same time.
