It goes to the most recent post in a thread. I press it several hundred times daily. I feel better about it having complained. It's therapeutic.

 

Um, can't you just click on the thread title from the main forum window and go to the most recent post?

Unless you have your settings jacked up.

I don't see it... There's just "Last Page" Which takes me to the general vicinity.

If, instead of using the "new posts" thing, you just go to the forums that have new posts in them, you see a

next to threads that have new posts. If you're not using CS Dark or Light, then you see the text that cultr mentioned instead of the image.

 

That seems like a lot more work to individually check every single forum rather than to just have them presented before me on one screen in convenient chronological order.

 

M'eh, I'm just a creature of habit, I guess.

In other news, SkyeWelse's announcement about the forums moving should probably be removed.

 

You people are weird that have your settings messed up where it makes your forum viewing experience more difficult than it should be.
