Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's actually a law of which the name I forget, but it's technically illegal for anyone under 13 to visit forums. I think the logistics of it was something about little kids sharing information etc to older people.

So it's pretty much illegal for any operator of a website to be collecting info about children (like birthday etc) without parental consent.

As Andwhyisit mentioned earlier, this process will be ongoing and it will be finished when it is finished.

My plan is to close the forum down either tonight or tomorrow morning. It will then reopen when everything has been tested to be working correctly over at Andwhyisit's place.

Hmm, I didn't really think about it before, but I guess this will most likely be my last post here until the forum is opened.
