The Fairy who is making your Transformation Potions flies up. She asks you for some help. She needs some extra ingredients for the potions.
She needs you to get 5 Shining Herbs.
You can probably find some while fighting enemies.

EDIT: Except I need to go for a little bit.

 

Pigaro decides that he will take the quest.

 

I smell a random but appropiate encounter that will reward us with 5 of those herbs.

 

The Fairy also mentions that her name is Krystal. She flies away and says she'll check up on you later!
