EDIT: Oh, if it's from being in the sun... Then that would make sense, as Kazuma and Momorin seem like the indoor type, while Sue probably loves the outdoors. Just a guess...

 

For Sue's skin, although unrelated to this thread, I would like to state my opinion.

About their father, his name is Daisuke Sakamoto he might be some random Japanese guy, but it's plausible The Doctor is 'The Father' because he got green hairs.
But still, some anime siblings characters have different hair colour.

And she can't possibly be racially-black because the common result would be a white asian child rather than a black one.
