1. Well, it's called Mimiga Island, no? And I thought they said somewhere that Mimiga's only lived on the Island...
2. If spikes were everywhere on the surface, wouldn't Quote have some self-defense built into him? {Besides moving Left or Right, because that obviously fails, more than once...}

That and my Theory rocks, if you'd stop blowing holes in it =P

First, I don't recall any instance of the Island being called such, and second, even if it was called Mimiga Island, it could be so because it's an island inhabited mainly by Mimigas.

Anyways, I meant that Spikes are pretty, freakin' common on the Island, yesno?
Well, if they're on the Surface, they'd probably be pretty common there too, and I'd think Quote's designers would have given him extra long limbs or something to be able to walk inbetween/avoid the spikes, at the very least....

 

Okay, they're probably more common on the island than on the surface. Also, the stuff about "descending upon the surface" I don't think means there are no Mimigas there. There's gotta be some, unless the Island is fairly young and the Mimigas were created along with it. If we're saying it was created.

I just remembered, also when Jenka was talking about the Red Flowers, she said how the "Mimigas would have been completely wiped out, if not for the Red Flowers"
...I don't think they've got a surface dwelling...

Well, spikes aren't always red, so I'm not sure what's the problem with his colouring....
