it's been a long time since i've played SS13, long enough even that I've forgotten howmiserable and hateful fun the game really is. I was wondering if I set up a server for a game sometime in January how many people would be willing to play with me.
what is SS13???
SS13, or Space Station 13, is a multiplayer roleplaying space fever simulation game. It is a free game based on the BYOND engine which has been around since the 90s or something and still plays just as well as it did in 2001. In this game, you fill one of many job roles aboard the space station whose mission is to do science stuff with plasma, or something. Along the way there may be many mishaps and hijinks.
what're we gonna do on the station? =3
I figured we could have a tutorial round if any new people need to learn the controls, and then just have a roleplay round with random events to see how long we can survive. Plz no griff. If you are an experienced player, consider giving some of your time to interacting with newbies rather than being an absolute shithead.
