• Hey everyone happy Christmas Eve we're aware of what's happened with the source code so to keep this simple absolutely don't post it on the site or use it to make mods with (it's not particularly preferable toward this end anyway) and tread lightly in general until we see how this settles, thanks to all and have a great holiday season -DT

BAM second org.

This one is called CityLights.org.

Using mostly the same chord progression as my previous org, it is intended to be used in the same location in a mod or something. It has some slight volume variation, making so the melody doesn't outweigh the harmony, and some neato chords (woo chords) towards the end.
I am toying with instrument sets, and discovering that some waves are more tolerable than others at different octaves.
Nightime as opposed to daytime.

I hope it isn't too similar...
Feedback is once again welcomed :3

Great job, again. While it was pretty similar, I thought you changed it enough that it gave it a distinction. This time, while not really a problem, there were a few notes that were a little off. Good job, and keep up the good work. You're fast at making Orgs. :J

Are the iffy notes in the chord section?

Because I kinda get that, it has some weird notes.
Thanks, as always :chin:

No, the chords I think were great, but it's just that some of the notes didn't blend correctly.

I believe this is the first good song I made. In fact, I even used it in my mod. :o It's rather simple, though I like the bass line.

Boss Music

Special thanks to Rashno for making the drums. :D

They're both great. I especially like Petrym, it reminded me of Geothermal. Beautiful was cool, too.

That's kinda what I was going for while making it.

This is the theme for my mod:

Untitled

This song is actually an extended version of a song that Pixel hadn't finished. Everything after measure 12 is what's changed. I know some people have tried extending this song before (GIR), this is my take on it.

Gee Ollie, that song was pretty spiffy! In fact, I have a song of my own! It's probably the longest song anybody has ever made! I worked a long time on this one. I also wish people would comment on my Orgs more often....

It's really nifty! I really like those chords with the oscillating panning. It's cool how you go through different keys but eventually come right back to D♭ major. The percussion solos are really nice too. I think you're right that it's the longest in terms of time, but I've seen several with larger file sizes.

Not sure how well I can follow up Ollie's music, but here.
LineBeck'sTheme.org
All notes were from memory, since I just learned this song on piano a few days ago. Tell me if any wrong notes pop up (measure 26 does not have a wrong note, FYI, it is an odd chord). Not very happy with the intro, but I like the org overall.

EDIT: Ha, already made an alteration, link updated.

Also, Ollie, I like The Longest Song (:J).
It starts sounding like Pixel made it himself around 150 to 165.
When It stopped sounding like Pixel's work, I liked it more. :3

I like the intro. :D Actually, I don't remember Linebeck having a theme. O: Anyway, I liked the whole thing, it's real cool. :J

And in my song, to me, it doesn't sound like Pixel to me. Kinda odd. Thanks, though!

Oh, he has a theme :3
Actually it's one of my favorite LoZ songs.

Eh, it sounds Pixel-ish. Either way, it sounds great!
Super long.

I played that game twice and still don't recall that theme. It sounds like it would be though. I like the Org, it came out pretty well. And I agree that it did sound a bit pixelish, but not to an extreme extent.

Since I posted one, then Ollie did, and now you have, I suppose it's my turn now. Give me a couple head banging days and I'll get back to you on that.

Oh wow. This is awesome, Cultr1. It has a really nice bluesy feel. I also liked how you managed to make it good without percussion.

Also good job at beating Matt.
