I think that over time Jagex has destroyed runescape. They also destroyed Ace of Spades, which was once a great indie voxel FPS. Luckily they fixed most of the issues with the "new" Ace of Spades. I still haven't seen any fixes for Runescape that actually have worked. This is mostly because bots cause lots of inflation a few years ago and the game still hasn't recovered...not completely Jagex's fault, but they could have prevented it.
