Yeah I already 100%'d it. Let me fill you in:
Anyways it's jampacked full of references. I the first 15 minutes you're fighting turtles, seeing a lightgun in action, viewing a flattened frog, destroying two seemingly-hurtful people in one hit, throwing Bill & Ted out of their time machine (as well as meeting someone who looks similar to Dr. Brown), and more. It also has a nice sense of humor (in one mission you have to follow a car while the Player can literally be lulled to sleep by it, and has to get cups of coffee to keep him awake. You can literally complete the mission by walking, as the Player states)
Game is fairly easy, and is somewhat small for an open world. That doesn't mean that there isn't a ton of stuff to explore and stuff to uncover, such as invisible walls, telephones (each with a little reference attached), secret characters, and more references.
Also there's a wide variety in vehicles, some of which being shopping carts and time-traveling cars. You can also add either nitro, guns, or a rocket launcher, so have fun with coming up with crazy ways to change your vehicle.
Same thing goes with weapons, which range from pistols to light guns to rocket launchers and flamethrowers.
As for looks, there's at least 100 styles to pick from, ranging from tattoos, rat tails, hats, and plastic surgery (to turn into John Romero, the staff of Mojang/Team Meat/Gaijin Games/more people). There's a shitton of graphics customizations too, where you can change the palette (NES, Atari, DOS, Game Boy, Virtual Boy, and more), change the screen to mimic an arcade cabinet or one of the many TV screens, as well as the ability to add/remove scanlines.
And uhh that's about it. Maybe there's more that I somehow forgot to mention :0 ???
