Reason why The Doctor wanted Sue

Even at the start of the game, we are told that The Doctor and his ''goons'' wanted to capture Sue.
But why?
She is just a normal mimigas...well a human turned into a mimigas but still....she's a normal human then.

It is never explained why The Doctor ever wanted to capture Sue in the first place.
Here are some theories:

1. She is Ms. Sakamoto's daughter, The Doctor would threaten to kill her if her mother did not cooporate with him.

2. She is somehow related to the Core and the island (which is why Misery is with Sue in the dark place).

3. To perform experiments on her like a normal mimiga.

4. Perhaps to see the reaction of a flower consumed by a human-mimigas (this happened through the red crystal)

 

I suspect that in this thread we just fantasize about the Doctor and Sue?

The reason why the Doctor wanted to kidnap Sue is pretty obvious - Sue posed a threat of revealing his actual plans to the Mimigas, who he wanted to deceive.

Ha,ha, very funny.

 

Probably because the Doctor and the Sakamotos are on the same sprite sheet, and there could only be 16 colors for each one (hint: not a lot), which means Pixel had to save some space and decided that the only hair that the characters could have were blue, blonde, green, and white.
