4/10 Way too much damage for a projectile that is hard to shoot, hard to dodge and is fired in large quantities. At least you only see them in two bossfights.

9/10! They are ORANGE. That makes almost anything awesome immediately. The only thing is, if they hit the ground before you shoot them, you don't get and powerups.
