Okay, Red Flowers aren't characters, they're props. And the Colons don't work for the doctor! I'm pretty sure they were either killed or imprisoned. Besides, they're too young to resist him.
I'll rate the flowers anyway. 8/10, for making superweapons out of whiny rabbit things, but on the other hand they don't look very menacing. Just... "uncanny", as the Doctor says.
