• Hey everyone happy Christmas Eve we're aware of what's happened with the source code so to keep this simple absolutely don't post it on the site or use it to make mods with (it's not particularly preferable toward this end anyway) and tread lightly in general until we see how this settles, thanks to all and have a great holiday season -DT

Okay, seriously guys, if you really want to see it so badly it's actually on Sixtyseconds' profile as a visitor message from Ultimalink. It was back then where I was falling for Fire's shit and assuming that everything was horrible and should die. Seriously, I try to forget about this stupid shit and it just so happens to come back in a snap. But I understand, you guys don't know much about this, so I can't blame you.

Lol that's pretty funny actually.

That's quite nice actually.

Did you ever take art classes, Ralren?

No, not by any drawing standards anyways. I go to some kind of screen-printing art class for my charter school elective, though.

The first post has been updated, going along with a brand new updated download of the pack and some fixes here and there.

I'll never understand why you dumped Path Of Ruin...

The first post describes why I retired from modding, Woodenrat.

It was a rhetorical statement, to express my sadness.

I mean seriously, that was the only mod that had an awesome, creepy atmosphere that made me feel like I'm there. You achieved that with subtle details like the right music, the right colour tones and sounds.
Few mods have that.

Oh, I fully understand now. To be honest, I never really had too much fun making Path Of Ruin especially with the problems trying to make Mimiga Island from the past similar to the present Mimiga Island. If it was completely different, then it wouldn't feel right, and well.. It's just too much work for me, to replicate something that already exists but with massive amounts of manipulation.

Although I am glad to see that you enjoyed the mod, and if you wanted, and/or have the balls, anyone is able to continue on for these mods if you are willing to do so. I'm never going to touch them ever again.

It wouldn't be the same...

That's true, but I'm pretty sure someone who is experienced enough can pull it off.

I'm sorry, but this download for the pack doesn't work.

EDIT: It works now. Just a browser problem.

It's been a while, and I have been doing nothing but enjoying life and not modding for a long time. I will be updating this package, adding separate downloads for each mod, also giving a brief biography about the specific mod with the link. I'm also thinking of finishing my Hell Mod, (Purgatory) so that I can at least have one high quality mod out there that's finished. Consider this a small gift from me to you, for no reason! Woop!

There will also be more bonuses if you download the entire pack, including old MMF2 games that I've made back in 2007, and some random artwork that may or may not be relevant to Cavestory. There will also be a small demo of a new project that I'm working on, along with Block Wars: Dude's Legacy unused stuff / prototype executibles and whatnot. Lots and lots of uneeded goodies, but whatevs.

Expect a little bit of updates to the first page during the day, or maybe even tomorrow. It really depends.

ive just downloaded it and started playing some.
at every mod with no exception there was some kind of withdrawal that drew me back from the mod. if it is unlimited HP on nates story 2,
unplayability on purgatory, lack of SKJ's on broxxus' story and many more.
i wish i was more patient tho because the story seems REALLY interesting.

You're free to modify these mods for your personal use, if you're not satisfied. I'm no longer touching these.

well someone can finish it up as long as they have similar artistic vision with Ralren.
i.e. not something like what lunarsoul did

otherwise... deal with it
