Watch a couple of speed runs on Youtube to learn a few really useful tricks. I definitely wouldn't have ever gotten under 4 minutes had I not known how to essentially skip Ballos' final phase.

I wish I could beat Hell faster on the DSi version. It's the actual Hell part... I need a better strategy for B2...
