Apparently the song we know as jenka's theme is actually called Letkis. It's of finnish origin.

Jenka, the old lady has surely gotten her name from an old Finnish song "Letkajenkka" or Letka Jenkka.

The song that plays in the Jenkas chamber is LetkaJenkka.

It turns out that the Jenkka is both a genre of music and dance. Traditionally, it seems to be a couple dance, but has also been adapted to a line dance format similar to a conga line. It also seems that the couple dance is usually referred to as "jenkka," whereas the modernized line dance is called "letkajenkka," or "letkis" for short. More youtube in the spoiler:
