Unfortunately, I got the same problem as you do, andwhyisit. Downloaded the "necessary" DLLs, but still complains about jpeg.dll...

I should still have a copy somewhere on my hard drive at home. Though the megaupload link still seems to work.

To be honest, what this program really needs is a rebuild from the source code.
