Sorry if I'm a harsh nerd :/
But actually if Nator say that it doesn't limited (and Nator doesn't look like a doofus to me
so he know what he is doing) then it isn't.
It's like this: You should know that there are weapons who recharge themselfes when you hack Cave Story. And you could have thought of it instead of pointing out that Nator is not right, which he is.
Also the weapon does, look a lot like a bubbler edit.
