2. You i have a own hosting. All I wanted was a subdomain since it would have looked nice ad matched cavestory.org. An own domain was unnecessary .
You know spending 10 Bucks on a own Domain, but then using the subdomain is not how economy works.

Well you are the one in a rush. Hell, you could just tie the domain to your current hosting since you apparently have that. I just made the suggestion because it sounded like you wanted the wiki up (domain, hosting and all) in the next five minutes or something.

Then you could have pointed out at some point that you already had hosting set up, no? The subdomain is set up and live, all you need to do is get Skye to point it to your hosting setup instead of his.

Skye will most likely need your two name server addresses (eg. ns1.example.com and ns2.example.com). You will also need to set up an account on your end for wiki.cavestory.org under plesk or cpanel or whatever the heck you use to manage your hosted content. The reason why you didn't pass on this info or properly explain what you were after is the exact same reason why this wasn't over and done with ages ago.

I passed Information for a A Entry or as alternative CNAME.
Skye knew that I have own hosting he told Gardebiter that I should do it on my own ( I'm more the "web-thingy guy" (not correct citation. don't have intern forum access) than he is.
I already configured Apaches VirtualHosts for that Domain.

Since I deleted my PM's i can't quote anything.
But I told him and you the CNAME / A Entry Info.
That's all you would need.
