Actually no, I used CE.
I prefer BL, but it lacks many aspects of CE that I like. It only just got the CE tsc info thing (it shows information about sounds, facepics, etc.) which is very useful when you're using 30 facepics...
the latest edition of BL has the TSC info box now

Really, the only real problems in the list that I could find are the <GIT display errors and probably the syntax check.

BL does show the display box and hitbox when using the entity editor (albeit it actually should be easier to see the changes in them on the npc.tbl editor rather than closing the room and going back in to check if you did it right), and you can scroll and change the map scale while using the entity editor.

I'm talking about without fucking around in drop-down menus like that.
I like having handy hotkeys to easily change map scale. Which, for some reason I lose when I edit entities instead of tiles.
OK, now you're just nitpicking here. opening a drop-down menu isn't exactly all that hard

I have to agree with zxin here, navigating large maps is much much easier with ctrl + scroll wheel. If there was a reason to stick to CE, it'd be this.

You can use ctrl + -/+. Not on the keypad side though.

IIRC it doesn't zoom in/out based on the mouse position, which is really what makes ctrl + scroll wheel so useful for fast map navigation.
