dunk you are seriously behind/ignorant in your cstsf lore. it's still pronounced as "GEAR AKA CHEEZUR"Grr
A K A
cheese-r
I read it as GER(as in "Germany")-A.K.A-CHEESER. I guess I really does suck at English.I just read it as GEAR-A-CHEEZUR (GIRaCHEEZER instead of GIRakaCHEEZER). I know it isn't correct since I am dropping two letters, but it certainly is easier on the tongue, being an easy flowing 4 syllables instead of a disjointed 5 or 6.
Or just call him GIR like the rest of us.

There are multiple different ways to pronounce something in English based solely on how it is spelt. I wouldn't be too concerned about the accuracy of your pronunciation of a made up word.I read it as GER(as in "Germany")-A.K.A-CHEESER. I guess I really does suck at English.
It can't be, when "grr" is objectively correctOh no now it's going to be "gif" vs "jif" all over again.
uhh so how exactly IS it pronounced? I always read is as grr-A-k-a-cheezer. But apparently everyone says it's "gear."
Also i like how this thread turned into a thread about how to pronounce Gir's name.
letter by letterIs the "aka" pronounced letter by letter, or as a word?
