My First Ever Mod! (Cave Story: Silver Version)

Well from my perspective it feels like every time I see this it's from the other side of a reported post. And i've never had to deal with people getting up in arms over mod reviews before. So understand where i'm coming from in this - if people can't do it without being mean then I guess we might as well not do it at all.

I don't feel like that's a very effective way of dealing with the problem. Users who are predisposed to misbehave are going to do so one way or another. The way to deal with them is to deal with the individual on a case-by-case basis based on their behavior. What you're suggesting is an indirect and sloppy way of trying to prevent future indicents that ruins it for everyone else. Plus, people are just going to find loopholes around it anyway.
