The recolors look amazing, I think with some help you can easily be an artist for this game. It's extremely well done and you give the right amount of colors that pop out. As for the Shadows picture, Shadow's sprite feels too gba feel and doesn't fully embrace the 12 bit feel.

Clickteam Fusion is only faster because you don't have to write your own game engine. In the case of CS, the game engine already existed for 4 years before work on CSWii even started. A Clickteam Fusion rewrite would be a waste of time at this point. It's like selling your house, land, and car for a caravan and discovering that you now have nowhere to park the damn thing and no way to move it.

And if it is so easy then you really should create your own online multiplayer Cave Story. Of course you can't use CS+ assets, only those from the original game, so if you want 2xRes then you need to upscale the graphics yourself.

You can easily add these to the PC port of CS+ yourself. CS+ for PC can be easily modded.

I wouldn't be surprised if he made them himself. If there's one thing Nelostic has shown us, he's got some decent graphic design skills.
