Just checked. It was Sue who told Momorin about Quote.
I know that, but how did she tell Momorin? Did Moromin talk to her from the door of the prison? Most likely since she knew that sue was there.

I don't think so. She won't be in touch with goings on if she was in hiding, would she? Gotta see what others come up with.

Moromin is good at getting around, she was smart enough to get as far as she did and is no coward, she uses her head and thinks things through.

Point taken (We can argue this all day, so it's better to agree that both are right). However, why wouldn't she have gotten them out of te prison then?

Probably because of some convenient timing by Misery, and a locked door. :D

Sue is the complete opposite of Moromin when you think about it, she rushes into things without thinking about the consequences.

1. The same door that prevented Quote from speaking to Sue, Jack and Mahin? I don't think Momo could have found a way into it.

2. Sue is a -+13 year old boyish girl, while Momo is much older, much more mature. I stick by the fact that if Kazuma could've escaped the doctor, Sue definitely could.

Sorry I took so long but...

So maybe in the blooper I said, he simply jumps the hole and try to use the booster. The booster malfunctions in the middle of the hole an Quote goes dust (Booster explodes or Quote falls to deadly spikes).

Second: Balrog lands in top of him at the beginning of the fight, instead on the side. After that he jumps to the correct position and says Sorry (or something funny). At the end, he jumps, goes trough the ceiling... And falls on Quote AGAIN!

Third: In the Labirint teleport (when Misery teleports Balrog) It teleports him to some embaracing place. Or to top of her, causing Balrog to crash her.

Forth: You know when there is an explosion when some bosses are defeated? Like in Monster X, I think. In those occasion, Quote stay all black (because of the explosing blast) and falls to the ground.

Fifth: In the Core room (when the door 4 is stuck by something) the door instead of closing properly... It smashes Quote, and opens completely after, showing a smashed Quote.

So we agree?

I don't think that quote knew that the jail was there though, I never noticed it during my first playthrough.

2-4 are good, but 1 and 5 go a little too far.

Damn, I'd mistyped there. I meant that there was no way Momo couls SPEAK to Sue through the prison door, since Quote coun't (or there woulda been a cutscene.)

So, yeah, we don't agree.

Why isn't anyone else offering an opinion?

Quote didn't know that Sue was there and didn't expect sue to be on the other side (oh well, locked door, moving on), but Moromin did. If it wasn't for the crack in the building Kazuma was in, Quote would not have even known that he was there, but Sue didn't give any sign that she was there and there were no cracks, Quote leaves without thinking twice, try only the door for the room Kazuma was kept in and don't use the crack, let's see if he responds then.

It's more a matter of chance than factuality. Let's put a hold on this subject until someone else to have a say on it (We'll revive it if it dies out.)

maybe she gave sue the letter earlier to give to someone that she thought could save them?

I think that was Sue, but Moromin would have told her the password.

How would Sue have known the password (the one that was in the letter) unless Moromin told her. I think that Moromin left to find a way to get Sue out of there and as she was returning, Misery would have then come for Sue, catching her at her own escape attempt because she couldn't be bothered waiting for Moromin. :D

Actually, the gap that this theory leaves is the whole point. It really doesn't matter how Momorin told Sue the password, because that much would be self explanatory once we get a confirmation of how Sue told Momorin about Quote.

1. See above

2. Even if Momorin found out which prison they were keeping Sue, it would only be by chance. You see, the establishment does not usually give out whereabouts of its most valuable treasures
