My favorite was always Running Hell. It Always Definedthe situation you were in. Not to mention its the song that introduced me to Cave Story.

Running Hell seems to be a big fan favorite. Also Moonsong. In my opinion Running Hell was a more complex song, but Moonsong is more dramatic.

Moonsong has a lot more Passion to it. I think.
Running hell is a lot more tense and feels like "The End of The World"
