I just beat the Undead Core again to get a look at Misery and Sue transformed (also because I haven't played through on my new laptop yet), and I think Misery looks like... Well... If you put transformed Sue next to her, I have no idea what she got turned into. My only theory is that their transformations were subject to the will of the Doctor, and that he shaped them.
