Hi. I'm making a Quote brawl mod. All I need is some sound effects. I'll post updates here.

Please stop embedding files/images from Discord. Discord has anti-hotlinking logic in place that breaks links to Discord hosted files and images when linked to from anywhere outside of Discord. There are a multitude of file/image hosting sites you can use instead.

You mention this is a mod you're making. Is this a mod for Cave Story, or is it a rom hack for SSBB?
If this is a Cave Story mod, this thread would be appropriate for the "Modding Discussion" section of Cave Story modding. If this is a Brawl mod, then this would probably be a good fit for the generic game development and modding forum.
Don't create a new thread though, I'm just saying this for future reference, and to give you some ideas for where you can ask DT to move this thread when you decide what's more appropriate.
