Mahin was thrown in jail for trying to defend Sue and Jack when they were taken away.

I guess it's possible, although I get the impression he'd just go "!" Misery has teleported Mahin to the plantation... "Geez you scared me... Huh? I've been taken too? Well that's no good..." *munch*

Though, we've never seen what he might do if he runs out of food/is seperated from it...

 

When he got to the plantation, maybe he started eating the supplies...?
Soon they were running low, and they discovered just what a threat Mahin was!?

Perhaps he ate the Red Flower Seeds before they grow into flowers, and they are harmless before they bloom?

Mahin can eat Red Flowers themselves without anything happening to him.

 

I think we actually discussed that. Mahin's higher BMI allows the drug to be dispersed throughout his system without him going batshit insane.


Maybe king used to be really fat, so the red flowers only made his eyes change color.
Then he went on a diet program to be as grumpy as he is today.

 

No more Kit-Kat bars?
That would make me grumpy too, I see where King is coming from.
