I'm pretty sure Nicalis was involved with at least some of the VVVVVV ports. And I doubt Nicalis can really stick their hand in Kero Blaster.

EDIT: Anyways, my point with NICALiS wasn't exclusive to them. I just want someone who doesn't make extreme limited quantities of their games to make a physical Kero Blaster.
