Avatar: Too round, too bland, little to no shading, though the facial expression isn't bad, so 4/10.
Signature: 6/10 most of the sprites in that lack shading as well, and again still good facial expressions, and plus advertising your mods is good, so it goes up!

I actually think they turned out really nicely, compared to the tiny edits I used to make. It's the best I've done, at least.

See my avatar? First bit of art I made after my creative rebirth as Ambient Malice. Black/White/Red/Blue. It's basically a wanky expression of the sentiment: 'This film/book/game insults me, my religion, or Justin Bieber. But I'm addicted, so I'll just keep playing.'

I don't bother with a signature. I had one for about ten minutes on this site, and it was too wordy -- my 'the world should be ruled by autocratic female vampires' quip. So I went avatar-only.
