Ikachan - Spanish Fan-Translation

Yup, I've done it again! For a moment I thought many people had translated Ikachan into many languages (like what happened with Cave Story Freeware), but it turns out that's not the case. The worst part is that, since the game is very underrated, there are only map editors available. I thought translating the game would be a difficult task, but it turns out it wasn't, since the game's .pxt files are actually .txt files that were simply renamed, making it easier than decrypting Cave Story's TSCs. Anyway, here's the complete Spanish translation! If you want to translate it into more languages, you can do so freely by forking the project or renaming the files you have in your game folders.

I'm curious though, did you translate this directly from the Japanese, or did you start from one of the English translations?

I started from the English version included in the Cave Story "Deluxe Package" (translated into English by pheonixj).
People can use this as a base if they want to translate it into more languages, just like with the freeware version of Cave Story.

My most polished translation I have is Cave Story on Nintendo Switch. I would love for Ikachan to be available in more languages, like Cave Story.

Yeah! It would be an honor.
I suggest you add the game with the patch applied, the translation does not include special Spanish characters due to font limitations. Perhaps in the future, when I discover how to edit the font, I will improve the translation.
