Reminds me of that one time I introduced my little sister to Cave Story. Needless to say, she got stuck at the egg corridor, but I feel that she'll pick it up later to hopefully aid her in her dreams. It was suprising for me to notice that she wanted to be an animator and a game developer, partially following in my footsteps, presumably. But hell, liking games from a time before one was born isn't something new, I love alot of old games despte the fact that I wasn't born into the generation that got them freshly released, but I was granted actual copies of plenty of old nintendo games as a kid. I still can't get past vanilla dome.

But really, I'm glad to see how Quote could be someone's Mario when it comes to inspiration.

I got introduced the same way. Wii demos where were it was at.
Wii demo too for me. I thought the lack of save points was part of the game. I vowed to get as far as I could without dying and starting over again. I died by being curious and touching Basil.
