How do you work PlusPorter?

I'm getting really confused as to how to use PlusPorter. Like, what do I do with the jar file, for starters? Is it possible to get a step-by-step guide or......?

First off, welcome to the forums my friend. Hope you have a good time here, I guess.
Second off, just open the jar file. Double click it like a normal exe, as long as you have java installed and functional you should be able to open it. (or at least I think you have to have java it's been so long since I've had to deal with setting up a computer and stuff)

 

Never mind, I installed Java hours ago and it worked.
