how do you hide cave story away from an annoying little brother

you see i love cave story so much but the fucking problem is my brother keeps finding where i hide the game and keeps playing new games and saving them it happenes every time. i tried reasoning with him by using cs profiler but it just wont work!!! cs profiler works but my brother still dosent listen well... i completed cave story like 900 times soo i migt just delete it but... i dont know i need help!!!

 

Create a hidden folder and place Cave Story inside it.

Did you try hiding it in the recycle bin (the place where you can send deleted files incase you wish to have them back).

P.S: or download another cave story exe hide the one you want to use and leave the second one in plain view and naturally he'll use the copy.

P.S.S: and meta thats the problem he himself explained that no matter where he hides it his brother finds it and screws his game up.

Alternatively, you can use 7zip or similar programs to lock up Cave Story in a password-protected ZIP file. Just right click on the CS folder, go to 7zip > Add to Archive... and then add a password in the password box.

When you extract the folder, you will be prompted for the password.

 

Make a duplicate of the Cave Story directory. Then rename the new copy of Cave Story folder to something else :

AREA51

and move the folder somewhere only you know about.

If your brother however is some kind of stalking tech wiz that will find it through using search, or recently used programs...

anywaysmy brother is only like 6 and he doesent even know what a computer is but even a fool can just go on recently used programs also i had a copy of the game in japanees to annoyi him yet still he dosent even read it... he is still fucking up the game as i speak...

yeah i tryed cs profiler it doesent work...

i will not stop till he stops or just dies...

Even a fool can clear the "recently used programs" list by right clicking it and going "clear list".

Or just add in a .rar file that has a password and each time you feel like playing unzip it.

Or just put a data file in that .rar and unzip it every time you want to play it.

Hiding it in a hidden folder. I.E, so his brother can't see it.

B) Cave Story isn`t big - create a duplicate for him. Make a directory where you pack his games.
C) Make it hidden or passworded.
D) Talk to him.

I wasnt being that harsh, but yeah i shouldn't of even posted that still.

The most logical solution is what someone else suggested, using a zip program(I use winrar) and password it.

If you have some kind of external storage device such as a USB, your probably better off putting it on that and hiding it if your really worried your brother will "fuck" it futher.
For added security keep the usb with you at all times, as he may have thieves ready to steal it when its unguarded.

if i do hit my brother (mind you he is only 6) he wuld cry and get my mum lol then she has a go at me
