Hi I'm new...

I have a similar problem every now and then, but I delete any multiple posts.

I don't know what it is. Sometimes, I'll post something and it'll spit out two copies of it. Sometimes it'll go to an error or 404 page and give me the impression the post failed, make me go back and hit "post" again, only to see that it in fact posted fine and I doubleposted.

So yeah, QuoteFan99, if your posts make copies, just hit "delete" underneath your latest post to get rid of it.

As an aside, welcome to the forums. I think there are some rudimentary tutorials/lessons on modding in the modding threads. You should ask questions after you look at those.

EDIT: I'm not one to rush to a ban either especially since we're dealing with someone who is having actual technical trouble, but the user is underage.

 

10 days isn't that long, so if he's mature enough he would come back, if not he would RAEEEEGGGG so much and leave never to return again.

Ontopic: Even I have this problem, especially when I'm on phone. Sometimes it makes me five comments o_o

 

 

It's nice to hear there's a new CS fan out there. Also, I agree: he shouldn't be banned, he's new and had no idea what he was doing. I would still recommend he go back and delete his extra posts.

Also, modding is for the patient, nerdy, too-much-time-on-your hands, CS fanatic, windows users (Unless you frequent a Public Library with administrator access like I do), slightly insane, too smart for his/her own good, darn stubborn...

Anyway. All these are requirements. If your missing any, your chances of making a full mod (over 4-5hrs) are <2%. And if you really are interested... http://n0xid.files.w...nners-guide.doc. If you don't have time to read this entire thing, the mod isn't going to happen.

Well also "full" mods don't really have to be four hours long to be considered complete. I'd say that any mod that's completed and over 0 hours long can be considered a full mod.
