Can you build me an NPC that will finish all my mods for me so I don't have to do anything. That would be great.

You probably should have also mentioned that you completely updated the OP with new rules and the payment system. That's kinda important info for a revive.

Edit: Make that NPC a cute female cat while you're at it. I'll pay you in rent shares.
