That's because the cursor is sorta in the EXE itself {Along with a neat Ikachan one}, so you need Resource Hacker to extract it and stick it back in.

 

Hurray for resource hacker!
It's too bad you can't have an animated cursor, though..

That is weird. The link works, I tested it myself. You may need you refresh your cache.. maybe? Though here is a mediafire link if you are still having problems.

 

I played this freakin' game, then I realized...its colorization means it belongs on Virtual Boy.

 

just a thought: wouldn't the fight with the doctor be hard cause his bullets are the smae color as the background?(hint hint)

You can just nuke him with rockets/blade anyways.
