Little ol' Black Wind delevels it back to lvl1. By the time you get it to lvl3, you'd be dead (or out of enemies).

In that case he wouldn't even reach Curly.

Final cave is possible (as long as the big jump at the beginning is doable) since you have 50 hp to spend and bats flying around which you can use to jump higher. Hell is impossible though.

There is a special Final cave for those without boosters anyway. Why should it be the point of a discussion?

There isn't for the hidden cave

 

Its impossible to do hell unless there was alot of exp boosts at the start
even then you would have to watch not to get hit

Why not try editing hell to see if it makes a difference in the cutscenes.
