Please stop embedding files/images from Discord. Discord has anti-hotlinking logic in place that breaks links to Discord hosted files and images when linked to from anywhere outside of Discord. There are a multitude of file/image hosting sites you can use instead.

Excluding the digital... The only thing that comes to mind...
It's more taking advantage of, than stealing... I think.
This one store that used to be around here advertised accepting DVDs for store credit. And recently I had gotten some anime DVDs online super cheap. Brought them into the store and got full retail for each O_O
...Which allowed me to finally purchase a new PS2... for about 50$!
I felt bad about it, but I wouldn't have gotten a PS2 if not for that...
Besides I ended up buying lots of new games for it...
(I found out later that it was supposed to be only for DVDs you bought at THEIR store)
...I avoided the shop after that in fear of the shopkeeper's vengence.

Oh that reminds me, when you go through that sequence it permanently changes that save's name to "theif." So that means any time you open the game or have anyone refer to you by name, you get reminded of your wrongdoings.
I don't think I started the game up again for a long time after it happened, so the first thing I saw when I thought I was over it was "theif" and I was like oh
Whoever designed this game must have been really against stealing, damn.

A bunch of games have special code for when it detects you've pirated the game.
IIRC a pokemon NPC says :If you like this game, buy it or die!" and in serious same BFE an invincible scorpion spawns all hte time and hunts you down.
It's getting less frequent though, since it's pretty hard to tell if you've pirated a game nowadays.

A long time i tried to steal a package of starburst. My dad almost got arrested for it. -_-" oh! And I stole... uhhh...RIGHT! I stole a high money trade in game. I asked them what they were and I stole.....Mario galaxy...? But then 2 days later I came and traded it in.
