Oh lookie, a download. *grabs* Finally, a chance for some teeth-sinking :D

-Possible spoilers, I guess-

...Well that was quick >.> On the other hand, I liked the new backgrounds/tilesets. Very colourful and detailed. And that new blade is sexy. I though the camouflaged creatures were a nice touch, too :D

On the other other hand, the plot seemed kind of rushed <.< I know it's just a demo and all, but the ruins were mostly empty space. I liked the effect with the flames though (Magus much?). Also the dialogue with Ballog was very well done... and then he dies in 4 hits :(

Little glitchies of note: The little bushy-type creatures still appear as Pignons in the credits, and if you save outside the ruins after the Ballog fight, the map resets, and you're able to get back to Blaze.

Not true, the wall should recreate itself if you enter/leave the ruins; Not right away, but in an event between the entrance and the 'battle'.

Thanks for the comments, and yes, the new blade is smexy. Its level 2 is even more so, if you take the time to level it up ;3.

Also, I know about the credits part, learned it a few minutes after uploading the fix; I'll just fix it for chapter 2, which...

Basically uses the same maps, only playing as Daniruu, with different things to do, the weaker weapons, more monsters in the forest, and eventually fighting 'Balrog2' (Jumps and shoots, but no 'debree' upon landing). Did I mention Daniruu can fly?

I'll work on chapter 2 starting tomorrow, I started a 3HP/min items CS run awhile ago, and it's sooo much fun, dieing to everything. I'm almost to the balcony :D

Oh yeah, I liked the mod, also the blade :D
It was a little boring start, but actually I liked the jokes.

the mod was good but obviously short, i liked the changed colors of the tileset,
wooden toaster XD, but the fact the sword killed balrog in 2 seconds was stupid,
10 little monsters jumping around would of been harder
overall a promising start

You spelt whether and yield wrongly in the Ballog conversation.
You spelt wielder wrongly in the credits.
The Green Jelly in the credits is a Pignon.

Edit - Forgot to comment on the mod.
-It looks awesome. Especially the way you programmed those traps to work.
-The fire lighting up as you walk by is epic.
-lol. Starting with a dream. "THE LIGHT OF DEWM OSHT GTFO PLZ LMFAO" Sorry, couldn't resist. =P

Actually, most of the time you say "hacking, not programming". ;)

I get that, always did, but you are referring to hacking (.exe) most of the times you say it, well at least the times I know about, so I was just saying that you don't always say that. ;)

Scripting and programming would fall under the term "coding" wouldn't it? Also programming can be counted as scripting in most cases if it were not for the finished product. I just feel like screwing with everyone's heads today. :D

Programming = Coding
Scripting = Scripting

And I always say hacking when speaking of "modding" in general or hacking the exe.
But this time it was about talking about scripting. And I told people often that scripting is scripting and not programming :D

I mean, change the Polar Star's image into the Kira something's image. Then you change the Bullet.pbm to replace Polar Star's bullets with the blade's one.

According to "Weapon Edit.txt" in Stuff.zip, each weapon has basic info of length 0x2C starting with weapon damage somewhere in the exe. At 0x8F494, I find 0F 01 00 00 1E 00 00 00 24 00 00 00 08 00 00 00 08 00 00 00 04 00 00 00 02 00 00 00 08 00 00 00 08 00 00 00 08 00 00 00 08 00 00 00, which is 0x2C long and is followed by 0x06. Changing the 0c0F at the beginning to 0x0A causes the displayed damage by level 1 blade to be -10 instead of -15

Haha, SP was wrong. Someone DOES know how to do it. Too bad she is at school now, if not I'd be rubbing this in her face.
