I was thinking of switching my Windows sound effects to Cave Story ones, but Windows requires them to be .WAV and I can only find them in .ORG and .MP3.

Please stop embedding files/images from Discord. Discord has anti-hotlinking logic in place that breaks links to Discord hosted files and images when linked to from anywhere outside of Discord. There are a multitude of file/image hosting sites you can use instead.

Does anyone have the sound effects in .WAV format or some way of converting them to .WAV?

Okay they are not really in WAV format. They are like in PXT format or something. Yes the .exe uses WAVs to play them... but...

Sound effects are in PXT, or Pixel Tone format.
