Discusion: Cave Story 3 ~ The Crowned Witch

I think I should start modding, and the first project will be the "Forum" mod. I have some nice plans for that one.
Then this sequel idea I just came up with.

But you can make it like X-Men, Curly says "I love you Quote" and then blasts his circuits.

But then it would be a cutscene instead of a super awesome boss fight.

Cast:
Quote and Curly will not have a role, since they are dead. But they will be mentioned.
King and Toroko will not have a role, since they are dead. King will be mentioned and maybe Toroko too.
Arthur, Maikid and the Doctor will not have a role, since they are dead. But they will be mentioned.
Sue will not have a role, since she is dead.
Chaco will not have a role, since she is dead.
Malco will not have a role, since he is dead.
Mahin will not have a role, since he is dead.
Kazuma and Momorin Sakamoto will not have a role. They left the island, and are dead
Booster will not be mentioned, since he left the island he is dead.
Roc has a major role as dead.
Chie has a major role as dead.
Misery has a major role as dead.
Jack has a major role as dead.
Balrog has a minor role as dead.
Jenka has a minor role as dead.
Hermith Gunsmith have a minor role as dead.
Santa have a minor role as giving the main character a gun then dying.

I relaly don't think fixed is a good word to use seeing as this isn't the result of a wrong thing made good.

The better word to use is EDITED, so as not to appear like you're saying the original cast was wrong and yours is right ._.

BUMP OF EPIC DIMENSIONS. [EDIT] YES, DIMENSIONS!

Don't expect anything, I just leave some concepts here and then I will leave and perhaps never return again (or I will do, who knows?). Also if there is going to be a new version, expect it to be somewhat different (story-wise) from what you have seen the last time.

Also, be prepared for weird needle guns and such:

I hope I still have all the images the people here made for me with endless working time, sweat and blood.
Also expect the mod to be linear and in fact frustrating on some parts in terms of difficulty. (AHAHAHA, AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!)

And with that I wish you a goodbye for another 3 years, when someone decides to unfreeze me again to do an epic bump!

You may want to check out/discuss the changes I made to the Tempest area for Take 8 sometime, there were a few functionality issues on the lower levels

 

If this is going to be released, then expect laser guns too:

These will be the last weapon concepts I will post for now, there will be atleast 4 other weapons with 1 of them beeing another laser (and yeah, the ideas and images for these weapons are already there but I don't want to spoil you guys too much).

@DT: Better don't expect too much. ;P
Anyway, the tower of tempest is a end-game area, so it will have to wait.

Aslong as you don't steal the whole design and give me credit in your readme file and ingame credits, you can burrow some ideas if you want.

 

I believe the correct way to steal ideas without needing explicit permission from the author is Creative Commons licensing nowadays.
