If you remove the stone from the doorknobless hut before you get the baby, you can try to crawl through the hole. It says that the only way you could fit is if you cut off all your arms and legs. Which you can do, and then you die, and you feel pretty god damn stupid.

It's supposed to look like a regular poster. Notice how it posts opinions and *news*, etc. I mean, if by ANY chance it happened to be ontopic, it could pass as a regular post.

The Oblivion Door Glitch doesn't kill you; you have to be dead already. But it is hilarious.

 

I was playing worms, and I threw the sheep. It bounced back on me and exploded and my worm died.

EDIT: I'm playing Gang Garrison 2 and I'm hopeless at doing anything because I'm always being spawn killed.

 

Well that happens all the time. What's impressive is when I threw a grenade at some guy beside an oil drum, it exploded and the wind blew the flame back at my guy, making him slide over to the edge of the map with my enemy, and then my enemy died, and his tombstone explode threw my guy into the water.

 

Fire punch on a small map during sudden death. Killed my whole team off with the chain reaction.

 

Diablo II: As Sorceress, teleport in the middle of a bunch of monsters. Stunlock FTL.
Atomic Bomberman: Get myself stuck by forgetting that I don't yet have the kicking boot.
Any FPS: Burst into a room full of enemies, only to find out that I forgot to reload my gun.
Guxt (or any other shmup where the walls don't kill you): Get stuck behind a wall and pushed out of the screen.
Nethack: Fail to notice that I'm low on HP (Argh!).
And Cave Story: Santa's house. You know what I mean.

I got the deteriorating mutation from miscasting spells in Crawl, and then miscast the same spell and it sent me to the Abyss. (It was Teleport Self, and I had just learned spellcasting.)

My intelligence dropped to zero and I died of stupidity. The highscore screen says I "forgot to breathe."

 

When I finally got past the spike corridor in IWBTG, a gravestone fell over and I died.

As you can guess, I was pissed.
